I have not been successful using Excel 2016 for my MAC computer. When I try using Add-on calculations, the entire program crashes. I've attempted to use this function over 10 times in 1 day without any success and I just purchased the MS bundled package. I cannot get a live person at Microsoft to help.
I think it's time for everyone to gather and place a class action suit against Microsoft for swindling consumers. I chatted with a service representative prior to my purchase and was told this new program works fine.
I was blatantly lied to by an employee of Microsoft. It's time for all consumers to join together and take action against MICROSOFT.
Do not let this GIANT continue to swindle honest, hard working people who are trying to make an honest living. As you can see, Microsoft does not have online support for errors with the software.

They expect us to find answers among ourselves since Microsoft already has received our money and feel the service they have provided consumers is now done. We need to unite and stop these giant crooks today! Please stop blaming Microsoft for Pearson's lack of updating Pearson's software. You can blame your professor for not keeping up with current software. Your professor should not be specifying that you should use a product that no longer works.
You can blame Pearson for selling a product that is not fit for the purpose intended. You can complain to the professor that the assignment can not be completed and that the professor should have known that phStat no longer works.
You can complain to the dean that the professor is not doing a good job of keeping up with current computing capabilities. I do not think the problem lies with Microsoft. I think it's up to Pearson to update Pearson software, not Microsoft. I am an unpaid volunteer and do not work for Microsoft. 'Independent Advisors' work for contractors hired by Microsoft. 'Microsoft Agents' work for Microsoft Support.
